If you're in Metro Vancouver area, you can pick up your purchases from our pick up points. Local Langley pickup is available with two days notice. Select PICKUP at checkout. Once we have your order, we will confirm location address and time with you.

All in stock orders over $49 qualify for free local home delivery to addresses in most Metro Vancouver. We delivery every Sunday. Cut-off time for delivery is 12 pm on Saturday. $15 local delivery fee is added for all pre-order products if delivery is required

  공동구매 특성상 단순 변심 외 다른 이유로도 입금 후엔 구매 취소가 불가합니다.
  
  전체 교환, 환불은 없으나 최대한 구매결정에 도움을 드릴 수 있도록 부분 환불이 가능합니다. 
• 수령 후 2일 이내 누락권수가 있다면 구매가격/권수 1/n로 책정하여 부분 환불해 드립니다. If there is a missing book to your order we will refund 1/n price within 2 days of receiving your order
• 부분파손이 수령 후 확인 시 2일 이내 최대 5% 환불이 가능합니다. If there are damages to your book please let us know for a 5% refund within 2 days of receiving your order
• 인쇄 문제가 있을 시 2일 이내 최대 5% 환불 입니다. (예: 인쇄가 거꾸로 되었다) If there are any misprints please let us know in 2 days of picking up your order for a 5% refund
• 수령 2일 이후에 알려주시는 누락과 파손에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 선주문, 세일 아이템은 파이널 세일로 교환/환불이 불가합니다. Pre-Sales and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• 기프트 카드 또한  파이널 세일로 교환/환불이 불가합니다.

• Riribooks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
